Daily Prayer – Examen 

We used our hands to pray. We paused and reflected using our fingers. Firstly, we were still and present. Secondly, we reflected on our day and thought about things that we are grateful for. Thirdly, we reflected on our victories and challenges before saying sorry to God. Finally, we looked ahead and thought about the differences that we can make to change our world.
