Domestic Church – Myself

In our ‘Myself’ topic we have been learning about the importance of our special names. We have played name games including ‘bug in a rug’ and ‘hide and seek’ with our name cards.

We have also decorated our names using dabbers to display in our classroom.

God says ‘You are precious to me, I love you. I know you, you are my child’.

Nursery children chose their own resources to respond to the first ‘Come and See’ topic. They decided to use quiet music, a gold cloth because it looks like an autumn leaf, and a book about families because their family gave them their very special names.
