November – DT – Pretzels

As part of our DT topic this term we have been investigating Cooking and Nutrition. Our aim was to produce soft pretzels, inspired by our work on the Anglo Saxons. We examined the history of them, the ingredients needed and identified what food groups were included and catered for. After we made the pretzels, we then evaluated the taste. We loved them!
