They explored the life of Bede, discovered where he lived, visited St Paul’s Church and the monastery, and had a go at manuscript writing just like scribes of the past. ✍️
The children also visited the farm to find out more about what Anglo Saxon life was really like, making brilliant links between history, daily life and the world around them. 🌿🐑
